My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-stocked, but it could get noisy at night. On the bright side, they were very clean and well-decorated, making for a comfortable stay.

The service was exceptional, providing personal attention and assistance throughout my stay. The location was vibrant and bustling, perfect for exploring Hanoi's lively streets. The dining options were varied, with some room for improvement in terms of choices and pricing.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it perfect for exploring cafes, shopping, and sightseeing. The rooms are standard but nice, with the bonus of a little balcony to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, although there were a few minor oversights. The dining offered a decent selection with a couple of hiccups. Overall, a great location with clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price.
